HEXALAN® is part of a new generation of chelating products based on high performance inorganic poly and orthophosphates. It has complexing, anti-corrosion and descaling properties, being the most practical and economical method of keeping the water crystal clear and recovering the encrusted pipes.
HEXALAN® complexes Iron and Manganese, preventing the oxidation of these compounds in the disinfection process, avoiding the generation of unwanted color and reducing the water hardness.
It forms a protective film on the tubes, preventing cracking and increasing the life of the tubes. In addition, it allows the rapid recovery of pipes encrusted with Calcium and Magnesium, reducing the pressure drop of the system and avoiding the constant maintenance in the hydraulic network and the early replacement of the pipes.
It is non-toxic, odorless and does not pose a risk to human consumption.
